Sessions are usually about an hour long, and booked as so, and depending on the goal/desired outcome, most will find three sessions sufficient. However, this may be dependent on the complexity of the issue, and indeed if you would like to explore more than one issue, so completely up to you, the client. The process works best when session are taken 7 to 10 days apart so that motivation is maintained.
I also offer a 15 min free consultation, which is advised, in which I can tell you more about how my sessions work and give you the opportunity to give me some insight as to what you would like to achieve through coaching. Sessions are usually more beneficial face to face, however telephone and skype sessions can be arrange to suit your needs
