SO WHAT IS COACHING?
Good question! Coaching is a shared enquiry, that will enable the person being coached find ways to reach a goal/s. As a coach I don't hold the answers, but I fully believe you do! and as your coach, I will be that curious voice asking questions that will enable you to really think hard and find the answers you need in order to reach your desired goal
I utilise various models and techniques, including Neuro Lingusistic Programming (NLP), to support the desired goal pathway.

Coaching is so much more than a way to reach your goals. Its a journey, one that you may find yourself uncovering and rediscovering all the strengths, skills and positive attributes that are within you.
A little bit about me
My background is in Mental Health Nursing; I've been a qualified nurse working in various settings for over twelve years. I have always had an interest in self development and love working towards goals.
I became aware of life coaching a few years a go after seeking a work/life balance, and even before I had completed my sessions, I knew this was my own personal goal - to become a life coach.
I completed my coaching with NLP level 5 Diploma , and I am now a fully accredited coach, and a member of the National Council of Psychotherapists (NCP), a member of the Guild of Coaching and NLP, and a qualified mindfulness teacher.
